Fresh Connections 2011 -   Thank you to all the delegates, exhibitors, sponsors and speakers who attended Fresh Connections 2011 in Brisbane from 8-10 June and made it such a roaring success.  The conference & trade show attracted over 700 delegates from the Australian and New Zealand fresh produce industry to the Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre. With the theme of 'Bringing the Industry Together', Fresh Connections 2011 united even more people than the very successful ‘Fresh Event’ in Melbourne in June 2010.  See Fresh Connections 2011 for more information…

2011 AFFCO Leadership Program declared a great success by participants.    The AFFCO Leadership Program was held from Wednesday 25 May to Friday 27 May 2011 at Cleveland Winery in Lancefield, Victoria.  The Program brought together a combination of potential leaders from around Australia in the horticultural industry and covered specific topics such as communication, personality types, succession planning, public speaking, strategy, OHS, team building and finance.Some participant comments as follows:





"Communication and learning to work with different personalities is the key.  The key to good leadership and successful relationships professionally and personally"
